We use a freight broker to determine the quickest method of shipping, they include the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, Canpar, ICS, DHL
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order.
Please be aware of temperatures of the final destination as well as the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) as The Happy Popcorn Co. does not take responsibility for damaged products due to weather. We will always do our best to prevent such problems by adding in Ice Packs free of charge whenever possible or holding off a delivery until the weather cools down.
Please ensure your shipping address includes all relevant information including unit number, buzz code etc. Shipments returned to The Happy Popcorn Co. as undeliverable/incorrect or incomplete address will not be refunded.

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Our website displays an estimated delivery date on all products, along with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Sorry, these dates are NOT guaranteed and of course exclude time delays caused by natural disasters.

Shipping charges vary depending upon your location in Canada and the weight of your chosen items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
In the unlikely case a product is out of stock, The Happy Popcorn Co. will inform you within 24 hours of preparing your order. On account of an out-of-stock product, your payment option will be discounted the price tag of the item and also the transportation costs related with the out-of-stock product. Alternatively, you may be offered a substitution, in which case your order will be processed as normal with the out of stock item switched out for the new selection.
Is Your Popcorn Nut Free?
YES! We do not process any peanuts or nut products in our production facility.
