The Happy Popcorn Co. does NOT accept returns for popcorn or food items.
If there are any concerns with your order, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests. Our Customer Service Department must approve them. Due to Health and Safety concerns, The Happy Popcorn Co. and thehappypopcornco.com only accepts returns of Non-Edible items.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to thehappypopcornco.com in their original condition at their expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.
Shipments returned to The Happy Popcorn Co. as undeliverable, incorrect or incomplete address will NOT be refunded. Please ensure your shipping address includes all unit numbers, and buzz codes in the secondary address line.
